We set up GMB Profile Solutions to give UK business owners somewhere to turn for a clear, honest view.
Our approach is simple. We start by listening to what happened and looking at the facts. We review your profile and situation against the Business Profile guidelines, identify what may have caused the problem and explain your options in plain English. Where there is a reasonable case, we help you prepare corrections and an appeal or submission that reflects how your business genuinely operates. Where there is not, we will tell you.
We are an independent service. We are not Google, not a Google Partner and not an official support channel, and we have no special access to Google's teams or systems. What we offer is time, care and a structured way of working through the problem with you. Google makes the final decision on every appeal and verification, and we will always be upfront about that.
